On June 19th 2022, at approximately 4:19 pm, the police department was dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of Cocklin Street for a possible domestic. Officers arrived and determined a verbal argument became physical between family members. The victim had injuries consistent with a physical assault, to include strangulation. Clark was identified as the individual responsible. Clark was arrested and upon being placed into the rear of a police vehicle, he proceeded to spit in the face of an officer. Clark was transported to the Cumberland County Prison. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Anthony Adams. Bail was set at $25,000, secure. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
