On July 26th 2022, at approximately 4:57 am, the police department was dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of East Main Street for a possible domestic. Officers arrived and determined a verbal argument became physical between the individuals there. The victim had injuries consistent with a physical assault. Hart was identified as the individual responsible. Hart was arrested and was transported to the Cumberland County Prison. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Daniel Freedman. Bail was set at $1,000, secure. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
