On July 8th, 2023, at approximately 2:05 am., an Officer observed a vehicle commit a vehicle code violation on South Norway Street at East Simpson Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle was identified as Kimunya. During the investigation, she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Kimunya was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and she was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
