On December 19th, 2024 at approximately 4:59 pm, the police department was dispatched to the 400 block of East Main Street for a two vehicle crash. Investigation determined that while Nathaniel Roesler was driving the pictured gray Jeep Compass eastbound, he struck the legally parked Mitsubishi. Both vehicles were towed from the scene as a result of the damage they sustained. Officers observed signs of impairment and conducted a DUI investigation. At the conclusion of their investigation, Roesler was taken into custody for driving under the influence or alcohol. Roesler was transported to the Cumberland County Prison. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
