On February 7th, 2022, at approximately 10:31 am, the police department received notification from the Pennsylvania State Police Megan’s Law Section of an individual who failed to comply with registration requirements. An investigation into the notification determined Armstrong failed to comply with the Megan’s Law registration requirements and he was subsequently charged for the violation. Armstrong was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin and his bail was set at $2,000, unsecure. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
