On June 12th, 2022, at approximately 4:58 pm, an individual contacted the police department regarding an issue with their juvenile child and a neighbor. The incident was occurring in the 1st block of West Keller Street. Investigation into the report found Radabaugh violated a protection order which had been put in place by a Judge of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. Radabaugh was arrested for the violation. He was transported to the Cumberland County Prison and was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Anthony Adams and bail was set at $1,000, unsecure. A contempt hearing will be held at a later date.
