On June 162th, 2022, at approximately 4:32 pm, the victim flagged down an officer about a PFA violation actively occurring. The incident began in the 100 block of East Simpson Street. Investigation into the report found Feaser violated a protection order which had been put in place by a Judge of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. Feaser was arrested for the violation. He was transported to the Cumberland County Prison and was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Anthony Adams and bail was set at $5,000, unsecure. A contempt hearing will be held at a later date.
