Sergeant Timothy Dyer retired from the Mechanicsburg Police Department today after 34 years of service. He began his career in 1990 after graduating from Shippensburg University. During his career he served as a Field Training Officer and a Motor Carrier Safety Inspection Officer. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2008 and was placed in charged of traffic enforcement and traffic crash investigations. The department congratulates you in your retirement.
