On April 20th, 2022, at approximately 8:57 pm, the police department was dispatched to a crash which just occurred in the 700 block of Allendale Road. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Arnold was operating his vehicle southbound on Allendale Road. While travelling south, his vehicle struck a parked vehicle on the side of the street. Arnold was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was determined to be unable to safely operate a motor vehicle and was subsequently arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
