On July 30th, 2022, at approximately 7:46 pm, the police department was dispatched to a crash which just occurred in the 100 block of North Arch Street. Upon arrival officers determined there were three vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Spincken was operating his vehicle southbound on North Arch Street. Spincken’s vehicle struck a parked vehicle which was parked on the west side of the street facing south. After striking the first parked vehicle, Spincken’s vehicle struck another parked vehicle on the other side of the street. Spincken’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained in the crash. Spincken was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined he was unable to safely operate a motor vehicle and was subsequently arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
