On March 12th, 2024 at approximately 1:07 am, an officer observed a traffic violation in the first block of North Walnut Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the operator was identified as Kishore Nepal. During the investigation, Nepal was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Nepal was under the influence to the degree he could not safely operate a motor vehicle and was arrested. Nepal was transported to Cumberland County Prison where he was processed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
