On July 28th, 2022, at approximately 2:40 pm, the victim contacted the police department regarding two unauthorized transactions found on their debit card statement. Both transactions were for $100 each and were from an ATM in Maryland. The victim, who resides in the 300 block of South Washington Street, still had their card in their possession. It is unknown how their debit card information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
