On March 3rd, 2021, at approximately 2:09 pm, the victim contacted the police department advising their vehicle was struck while parked in the parking lot of Charleston Estates, 100 block of West Portland Street. The victim advised their vehicle was parked and suffered some significant damage to it. The victim located a hubcap which was left behind by the striking vehicle. A witness heard the impact and observed a white Ford delivery van leaving the scene. The van was operated by a white, male. The picture of the victim’s vehicle and the striking vehicle are pictured above. Anyone with information regarding the vehicle or the identity of the driver of this incident is asked to contact the police department.
