On June 24th 2022, at approximately 11:40 am, the victim contacted the police department regarding two transactions on their debit card account. The victim, who resides in the 100 block of West Portland Street, advised they did not make the transactions or provide authorization for anyone else. Both transactions were from 6/23 and posted at approximately 7:30 pm. The victim has the card still in their possession and does not know how the information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
