On August 3rd, 2022, at approximately 9:44 am, the victim contacted the police department about unauthorized transactions on their debit card. The victim, who resides in the 100 block of East Keller Street, advised they located three ATM withdrawals from their bank account which were not authorized by the victim. The victim advised they had their ATM card in their possession at the time. It is unknown how their debit card information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
