On December 24th, 2022, at approximately 5:00 pm, the victim contacted the police department advising they had received a text message their credit card had been used to make a purchase at a Panera Bread in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The victim who resides in the 800 block of North Arch Street did not authorize or attempt to make this purchase. The victim cancelled the order and contacted their bank about the purchase. It is unknown how the victim’s credit card information was obtained as the victim still had the card in their possession. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
