On August 10th, 2021, at approximately 11:01 am, the victim contacted the police department after being notified of charges on their credit card. The transaction was not made or authorized by the victim. The victim resides in the 1st block of West Green Street. The victim advised the transaction was made over the internet and the victim still has the credit card in their possession. It is unknown how their credit card information was obtained.
