On March 26th, 2022, at approximately 4:52 pm, the police department was contacted by the victim who resides in the 100 block of East Green Street. The victim advised their access card was used to make purchases which were unauthorized. The victim does not know how their card information was obtained as the victim still had the card in their possession. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
