On June 28th, 2020, at approximately 9:22 am, the police department received a call in regarding to a leaking outside spigot. Upon arrival the officer found the outside spigot leaking due to damage sustained to the spigot. The owner of the victim business, Derielle Cosmetology Academy, located in the first block of North Railroad Avenue was made aware of the damage. Upon a plumber looking at the spigot and ultimately repairing it, it was determined that the spigot was broken intentionally. It is unknown when the damage actually occurred.
