On April 28th, 2023, at approximately 4:24 pm, the police department were dispatched for a vehicle driving carelessly. The vehicle was located in 300 block of North York Street and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Black and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Black was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
