On November 10th, 2022, at approximately 2:56 am, an officer was dispatched to check on a vehicle violating traffic laws. The vehicle was located in the 400 block of West Main Street and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Bhandari and she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Bhandari was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and she was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
