On October 27th, 2022, at approximately 11:24 pm, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 1st block of South Filbert Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Malave and she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Malave was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and she was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
