On March 16th, 2024 at approximately 8:34 pm, officers were dispatched to a crash at South Walnut Street and East Simpson Street. The operator of one of the involved vehicles was identified as Ashley Bullers. During the investigation, Bullers was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Bullers was under the influence to the degree she could not safely operate a motor vehicle and was arrested. Bullers was transported to Cumberland County Prison where she was processed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
