On March 2nd, 2023, at approximately 12:42 am, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 800 block of West Church Road. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Brutko and she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Brutko was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and she was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
