On September 15th, 2023 at approximately 2:43 am., an Officer observed a vehicle code violation in the 400 block of East Simpson Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Esra Kayser. It was determined Kayser was unable to safely operate a motor vehicle and she was arrested. Kayser was transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center where she was processed. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
