On February 16th, 2021, at approximately 12:47 am, the victim contacted the police department about a crash which had just occurred. The victim advised they were travelling eastbound on East Trindle Road and a vehicle following them was tailgating them. Upon coming into the Borough both vehicles stopped for the red light at East Main Street and Market Streets. The victim advised the vehicle behind him “bumped” into the rear of his vehicle. The victim exited their vehicle and upon making contact with the driver of the striking vehicle, they exchanged words. The striking vehicle went around the victim’s vehicle and drove off. The victim described the vehicle as an old red truck, possibly a Ford. The tailgate was replaced with netting and was last seen travelling southbound on South Market Street. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the police department.
