On February 23rd, 2021, at approximately 9:11 am, the victim contacted the police department regarding their vehicle having been struck. The victim noticed the damage at approximately 8:00 am on the 23rd. The victim parks their vehicle off the street at their residence. The victim advised there was no damage on the vehicle on the 22nd upon leaving for work around 4:30 pm. The victim stopped and parked on the street in the 400 block of East Main Street, facing eastbound, between 5:00 and 6:00 pm. They also stopped and parked in the 200 block of South Arch Street, facing northbound, between 6:00 and 6:30 pm. These were the only stops the victim made prior to returning home. There were scratches and a dent on the driver’s side door, along with red paint transfer. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
