On November 18th, 2021, at approximately 12:36 pm, the victim contacted the police department after they received a phone call from their previous employer. The previous employer advised the victim an unemployment claim had been filed in their name. The victim resides in the 1st block of East Portland Street and does not know how their identifying information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
