On November 30th, 2021, at approximately 4:25 pm, the victim contacted the police department about someone filing for unemployment benefits in the victim’s name. The victim resides in the 1st block of East Portland Street and is not sure how their identifying information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
