On August 8th, at approximately 12:46 pm, the police department was made aware of a theft which occurred in the 300 block of Edge Towne Lane. Sometime during the overnight hours a portable generator was taken from one of the houses under construction in the area. Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact the police department.
