On June 27th, 2021, at approximately 7:58 am, the police department was dispatched to Rutter’s in the 700 block of West Main Street for a reported theft. The victim reported they prepaid for $40 worth of gasoline. They forgot to pump the gas and left. Upon returning it was found someone else had been to the gas pump and pumped the gasoline. The above picture is of an individual who was a passenger in the vehicle. Anyone who can identify the individual or has information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
