On January 3rd, 2023, at approximately 4:40 pm, the victim contacted the police department about a vehicle which had its catalytic converter taken off of it. The vehicle was parked in a business parking lot in the 100 block of East Strawberry Avenue at the time. It is believed it had been removed from the vehicle sometime overnight. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
