On December 16th, 2021, at approximately 10:45 am, the victim contacted the police department about a delivered package having been taken. The victim resides in the 200 block of South York Street. The victim advised they received a notification at 9:30 am a package had been delivered. They went outside to retrieve the package and they observed a male starting to pick up a package at the victim’s neighbor’s door. The male and the victim made eye contact. The male placed the package back down and got onto a mountain bike and left the area quickly. The victim began looking for their package and it was not there. The male was described as a black, male, in his 30s, wearing a t-shirt and jeans. The male had a jacket in his hand which was covering their “lap” area. The victim believes the male was using the jacket to hide the victim’s package. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
