On January 15th, 2023, at approximately 4:22 pm, a witness contacted the police department about some packages being removed from the entrance to an apartment building located in the 100 block of East Allen Street. Video in the area shows the packages being taken by two individuals. Anyone who can identify the individuals or who has information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
