On August 14th, 2020, at approximately 5:25 pm, the police department was dispatched to North York Street and Heinz Road for a crash that occurred there. Upon arrival officers discovered two vehicles involved in the crash. Investigation revealed Fam was operating a vehicle southbound on North York Street. Fam was stopped for the red light at the intersection with Heinz Road. Mojica was operating a vehicle southbound on North York Street. Mojica attempted to answer their cell phone and rear ended Fam’s vehicle. Fam’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained. Geisinger EMS assisted on scene.
