On October 5th, 2022, at approximately 1:35 pm, the police department was dispatched to the intersection of West Simpson and South Broad Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Ulrich was making a delivery in the area. She backed her vehicle onto the 1st block of South Broad Street. At the time she was facing the wrong way on the one way street. As she pulled back out into the intersection with West Simpson Street her vehicle was struck by a vehicle travelling westbound on West Simpson Street. This vehicle was being operated by Rebuck. Ulrich’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
