On January 26th, 2023, at approximately 1:02 pm, the police department was dispatched to North Market and Allen Streets for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Sworen was operating his vehicle north on North Market Street. He advised his foot slipped off the brake and his vehicle struck the vehicle in front of his. This vehicle was being operated by Vega. Vega advised he had back pain as a result of the crash.
