On June 2nd, 2023, at approximately 7:11 pm, the police department was dispatched to a crash which just occurred at the intersection of South York and West Keller Streets. Upon arrival officers determined there were two vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash found Kramer stopped his vehicle at the stop sign on West Keller Street and was facing east. Kramer pulled into the intersection and was struck by a vehicle travelling southbound on South York Street. This vehicle was being driven by Saber. Kramer’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained in the crash.
