On February 22nd, 2021, at approximately 4:32 pm, the police department was dispatched to the 100 block of South York Street for a crash which just occurred. Upon arrival officers determined there were three vehicles involved. Investigation into the crash determined a vehicle operated by Consagra was travelling southbound on South York Street. He believed the light had turned green and began accelerating. The light was not green and Consagra struck the vehicle in front of him which was pushed into the vehicle in front of them. The other two vehicles were operated Willier and Gelsinger. Consagra’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage sustained in the crash.
