On July 13th, 2020, at approximately 4:40 pm, the police department was dispatched to 842 West Church Road for a crash that occurred there. The location is the driveway of the Mechanicsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Compost Facility. Upon arrival, officers discovered there was one vehicle involved in the crash. It was determined that Gabriel was operating her vehicle eastbound on the driveway. While operating the vehicle, Gabriel’s dog jumped from the back seat to the front seat, striking her arm while doing so. This caused Gabriel to move her vehicle, striking one of the yellow posts in the driveway. Gabriel’s vehicle required towing from the scene due to the damage it sustained.
