On April 7th, 2023, at approximately 12:26 am, the victim contacted the police department advising they had been contacted by their bank regarding a fraudulent transaction. The transaction was for over $4,000 at a Target. The victim, who resides in the 100 block of East Green Street, advised their vehicle had been entered and items were taken on 3/30. This theft was reported to police in that jurisdiction. The transaction was denied and the victim is not out any money. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
