On April 7th, 2023, at approximately 3:15 pm, the victim contacted the police department regarding their information being used to open electric accounts without their permission. The victim, who resides in the 3000 block of Pinnacle Ridge Drive, advised they were checking their credit report and found the accounts. They are not out any money, but wanted to report their identification was used. It is unknown how their identifying information was obtained. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
