On April 8th, 2023, at approximately 2:16 am, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of North Walnut Street and Cheryl Avenue. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Herbinko and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. It was determined Herbinko was not safe to operate a motor vehicle and he was arrested. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
