On February 4th, 2023, at approximately 1:42 pm, the victim contacted the police department about charges which were found on their bank debit card. The victim who resides in the 300 block of South Frederick Street advised there were charges on their card which were unauthorized and not made by the victim. The victim advised they still had their card in their possession so it is unknown how their debit card information was obtained. The photograph is from a surveillance camera where the unauthorized transactions took place. The male is seen standing just outside the entrance to the store. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
