On February 6th, 2023, at approximately 12:15 pm, the victim contacted the police department advising their EBT card was used without authorization. The victim who resides in the 600 block of Robert Street advised they still had the card in their possession so it was unknown how their card information was obtained. The photos are surveillance photos from where the card was used. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
