On December 4th 2023 at approximately 1:59 pm., the Mechanicsburg Police Department was dispatched to the 300 block of West Green Street for an unknown female inside a residence. Upon arrival, Officers found the suspect, Siara Alvarado, sitting outside. Through an investigation, it was learned Alvarado entered the residence through the rear door. Alvarado moved items inside the residence and took clothing which she was wearing when Officers arrived on scene. Alvarado was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison where she was processed and arraigned. A preliminary hearing will be held on a later date.
