On August 8th, 2022, at approximately 9:39 pm, the victim contacted the police department about criminal mischief to their apartment window. The victim advised the window had just been broken. Upon checking for anyone in the area, they observed an individual running away in a white t-shirt. The victim who resides in the 400 block of South York Street, had another window broken, on the same side of the apartment, on 8/4. The window today had both panes broken as well. Anyone with information regarding these incidents is asked to contact the police department.
