On June 5th, 2023, at approximately 7:43 am, the victim reported flags they had displayed on the outside of their fence were torn and damaged. The victim resides in the 100 block of North Arch Street. A video of the incident shows what appears to be two juveniles tearing the flags and running from the area. Anyone with information regarding this incident or who can identify the individuals is asked to contact the police department.
