On August 6th, 2020, at approximately 7:55 am, officers were dispatched to the first block of South High Street for a disorderly individual. Upon arriving, officers came into contact with Wise. It was determined that Wise was a guest of a resident living in the area. An argument had taken place and Wise told to leave. The resident locked their door after Wise exited the residence. Wise proceeded to kick open the resident’s door, causing damage. Wise continued being disorderly, yelling and swearing, even after being placed under arrest. Wise was transported to the Cumberland County Prison for arraignment. Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin arraigned Wise and bail was set at $4,000. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
