On March 2nd, 2021, at approximately 8:35 pm, officers were dispatched to a parking lot in the 200 block of North York Street for an active disturbance. The caller advised they had been accosted by the pictured female. They exchanged words in the parking lot. As the caller was attempting to leave in their vehicle, the pictured female struck the caller’s vehicle and continued yelling at the caller. The caller dialed 911, but the female left the area and was not located. The female was wearing a distinctive jacket and also had a headlamp on her head. Anyone who knows the identity of the female or has information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
