On December 13th, 2022, at approximately 8:34 pm, the police department was dispatched to the 200 block of East Locust Street for a non active domestic issue. The victim advised she and her boyfriend got into a verbal argument which turned physical. The victim had visible injuries consistent with what was reported to have occurred. The boyfriend was identified as Spangler. He had left the area prior to police arriving. Spangler was not located and a warrant of his arrest was obtained. Spangler was located on 12/27 and he was arrested on the warrant. He was transported to the Cumberland County Prison and was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin. Spangler was given $6,000 secure bail. A preliminary hearing will be held at a later date.
